CCPanel v13.10.16 Released

What's new: PostgreSQL Manage User Privileges now offers the full set: table privileges (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, TRUNCATE, REFERENCES, TRIGGER) plus database (CREATE, CONNECT, TEMPORARY) and schema (USAGE, CREATE SCHEMA) — granted with the correct statement for each level.
