CCPanel v13.12.2 Released

What's new: MongoDB Manage User Privileges now has an "ALL ROLES" toggle (ticks every role at once), matching the ALL PRIVILEGES option on the MariaDB and PostgreSQL tabs. Each database type keeps its own real, working set of privileges/roles.
