CCPanel v14.16.0 Released

What's new: New Remote MySQL page (root panel, Database): a server-wide toggle to allow or block remote (non-localhost) MariaDB connections by setting bind-address, with a clear status and a security note about firewalling port 3306. Agent gained /remote-mysql/status and /remote-mysql/toggle. (End users still grant their own remote hosts from their panel.).
