CCPanel v14.18.0 Released

What's new: Remote MySQL is now IP-restricted for safety: instead of opening port 3306 to the whole internet, you allow specific trusted IPs and CSF opens 3306 only for those. Add/remove IPs from the page; MariaDB is switched to listen remotely only while at least one IP is allowed, and back to local-only when the last one is removed. Requires CSF. Agent gained /remote-mysql allow/revoke/status.
