What's new: Fixed Python version install failing with a connection timeout: add-apt-repository reaches launchpad.net (blocked/unreachable on some servers), so the agent now adds the deadsnakes source directly against ppa.launchpadcontent.net with its signing key from keyserver.ubuntu.com.
