CCPanel v14.40.4 Released

What's new: Removed duplicate "Versions" entries: the Node.js/Python/Ruby Versions placeholders in Install an App's Application Runtime section are gone, since those now have real pages under Server Configuration. Also dropped the unused Next.js/Nuxt.js/Custom Application placeholders from the Software category.
