What's new: Renamed the Application Runtime entries to "Node.js Runtime", "Python Runtime" and "Ruby Runtime" to make it clear they install the language itself — distinct from the Software section's Node.js/Python/Ruby Apps (which create an app) and Server Configuration's version pages.
