CCPanel v14.44.4 Released

What's new: OpenLiteSpeed now shows a Running/Disable service toggle in Install an App like Nginx and Apache (instead of just Installed/Uninstall), for a consistent web-server UI. Added OpenLiteSpeed to the agent's service map and the panel's component-to-service mapping.
