CCPanel v14.44.5 Released

What's new: Web servers in Install an App now show Installed (not a Running/Disable toggle), because which web server is actually serving is controlled by the Web Server Stack setting — not per-service toggles. This avoids port conflicts and confusion: pick a stack (Nginx, Nginx+Apache, OpenLiteSpeed, etc.) and that's what runs. Service status is still visible in the Service Manager.
