CCPanel v14.50.2 Released

What's new: Removed the old Users menu from the admin sidebar — customer accounts are now managed under the new Accounts menu (the Customer model with its own /account/ login). Staff logins stay under Staff. The old /admin/users/ page still exists but is no longer linked.
