CCPanel v14.54.1 Released

What's new: Customer accounts can now be edited from admin (name, email, company, phone, country). Licenses can be assigned to a customer account: added a customer link on the License model and an "Assign to Account" picker on the license detail page — so existing licenses (e.g. from WHMCS) can be tied to the new accounts.
