CCPanel v14.55.1 Released

What's new: In-house reseller flow (no WHMCS): a customer can apply to become a reseller from their /account/ dashboard; the admin sees the pending application on the account page and can Approve (which creates/links a Reseller record and shows them under Resellers) or Decline. Discount stays tier-based and kicks in once the reseller holds 5+ licenses.
