What's new: Fixed: with Nginx in front of Apache, a site whose Nginx vhost still served the files itself (made in Nginx-only mode, or changed by certbot) never reached Apache - changing its PHP in MultiPHP Manager only changed Apache's vhost, so it kept giving "403 Forbidden" from Nginx. A PHP change now also makes the Nginx vhost a proxy to Apache, keeping its certificate and http-to-https redirect; Nginx vhosts written in the Apache modes keep their HTTPS too. The repair for moved-in sites (v3) also fixes sites that have PHP but whose Nginx vhost doesn't reach Apache.
